  2. Return the product and receive a refund within 14 days.

Which products are eligible for exchange:

  1. The product is in new condition. Without signs of use, washing, or cosmetic products.
  2. The product has a receipt;
  3. The product is in its original packaging with preserved tags and labels and has not been used;
  4. No more than 14 days have passed since the purchase of the product.

Procedure for exchange or return of a product of proper quality

  1. Inform the manager about your intention to return or exchange the paid product.
  2. Provide the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card number for the refund.
  3. After receiving the product, within three business days we will refund your money or send another product.

Procedure for returning a product of improper quality

  1. Inform the manager about your intention to return the product.
  2. Provide the declaration number of the sent parcel and the bank card details for the refund.
  3. After receiving the product, within five business days we will refund your money or send another product.

Attention: all carrier services, commissions, and money transfer costs are paid by the buyer.
